This weekend we went to Busch Gardens Tampa for the first time! SeaWorld/Busch Gardens have a program called Waves of Honor where every year active duty military can get free admission to any of their parks a day along with 3 dependent tickets as well. You can't beat that! We used this program in 2013 to go to SeaWorld when we were at Disney, now that we are in Tampa we figured we would check out Busch Gardens. We had a fun day and we are happy we went but we found that it was geared a lot more towards older kids. They had tons of awesome roller coasters but Jake was too short for them, but he was too tall for some of the kiddie rides. It was kind of a bummer telling him so often that he was too tall or too short. They had a Sesame Street themed kiddie area that had a giant bounce house thing and a tree house jungle gym that he liked so that was good. I think we we will be holding off on going again until they're older and using our free tickets to go to SeaWorld instead. Still a fun day though!
Riding around the park on the train
Reagan passed out in her stroller as soon as we got there
The tree house/jungle gym
Baby/Bunny Selfie
Ava got to meet Big Bird and Elmo, Jake wanted no part of this
We saw lots of animals on the train ride
Reagan was very impressed with the elephants.....
They have a Christmas Town thing that starts the 28th so a lot of their Christmas decorations were up already
And because I'm getting excited for Christmas, here's a sneak peek at a couple of the pics our photographer from Quantico whose husband also got stationed at MacDill took for us at Clearwater Beach! It was soo cold the morning we did it so it was a challenge keeping the kids happy (especially Reagan) but they came out pretty good considering!
