Legoland

 This past weekend we went to Legoland to celebrate Ava's upcoming 8th birthday! We spent 2 days there and spent Saturday night at the Legoland hotel.  It was so much fun.  The weather couldn't have been better and the park wasn't too crowded.  Ava is really into Legos these days so it was fun to have her go on all the rides she loves and play in the hotel.  The room was pirate themed the the hotel, and the room, restaurant and really every aspect of it was centered around kids having fun and playing with Legos.

 These pictures are kind of out of order, but on Sunday we did the water park.  There was no one there when we first arrived, the water and sun were warm and it was a perfect morning.

 This is the bunk bed that was in the hotel room.  The room was amazing.  It had the bunk beds, with a trundle bed underneath so each kid had their own.  There was their own TV, and a safe with a little game to get it to open.  They each had a little lego set in it and lego magazines, activity books and juice boxes.

 Another shot in the lobby.  Saturday night both big kids went to a lego workshop with one of the 4 master builders who helped design all the lego structures in the park and hotel. I should have taken more pictures of some of them....they were unreal.

 What's a trip to a theme park without new swords and shields?

 Hanging out with their water builds.....once it got busy these lego blocks were a hot item.  We looked online thinking it would be great to order some for our pool.......almost $600 for 80 of these blocks!!! That's nuts!

It was a great trip!  It was our first without Reagan being in a crib too, it's so much easier not having to lug a pack and play around.  All 3 of them are at such a great age for trips like this! We are enjoying it while it lasts for sure!
