Update

Sorry for the lack of update lately. The kids started daycare 2 weeks ago and I've been looking for a job! They're both adjusting to it well. Ava loves having other kids to play with and Jake has been a lot less needy. Before he wanted to be held every waking moment, but he's gotten used to playing on the floor more and he's just a lot more content in general.

Lately he's been fussing a bit at bed time. He has his eyes closed but is a bit restless until he falls until a deep sleep. I tried putting this fish tank thing that has a low light and plays music in his crib to see if he would drift off to sleep.....He didn't make a peep, so I thought it had worked and I went in there 15 min later and there he was wide eyed and mesmerized by it. So much for it helping him sleep, at least I know he likes it for a non bedtime activity.

Ava loves assisting in Jake's bath time.
