All About Ava

AVA!!!!!

I feel like a mean Mom not having updated equally on each child, so here are my excuses. First of all, Jake is a stationary subject to photograph, much easier obviously. Second, Ava is going through this I will humor you and say "cheeeese" but not actually smile phase. So most pictures of her are on the go if she is smiling! I will make a better effort to keep chasing her down.

As you can see from this picture, the white tiger is still in tow and still her #1. She has named him Na-Na, we have no idea why. We called him Lovie for the longest time but I guess she didn't like it.


She is sooo excited for her birthday coming up. I made the mistake of telling her in January that the whole family was coming for her party, and since she has no concept of time she wakes up most days talking about her Mickey party and names everyone who is coming in hopes that this is the day!
Here's a quick list of her current favorite things:

Beverage: MILK!!!!!
Food: Chinese, she requests Noodles and Chicken almost everynight, which means Lo Mein and orange chicken.
TV: Mickey Mouse Clubhouse
Character: Mickey Mouse
Toys: Legos, baby dolls, and puzzles
Color: Purple and Pink

She is such a good big sister. She will entertain Jake and bring him toys and talk to him. Hopefully this keeps up once he's mobile but I'm not holding my breathe.....

She has about 4 babies including Jake with blankets on them in this picture. She's pretends to give each a bottle and then puts them down for a nap. She would do great working at the infant room of a daycare center :).

She's still in daycare most days but will be switching to part time here soon. Our hopes are to find a good preschool she can start in the fall.
