Jake turns 5!!

 This past week Jake turned 5!!! How my baby boy is 5 already is beyond me.  He's such a fun, lovable little Mama's boy.  He loves school, learning karate and practicing playing basketball and football.  He's at kind of a funny age where he wants to be a big kid and do big kid things, but at the same time loves cuddling with his teddy bear and his puppy (hence the Build a Bear birthday spot).

We celebrated last weekend by going to Build a Bear and eating a whole lot of pizza, Jake's favorite.

After Build a Bear we went to the Cheesecake factory then came home and opened presents.

 We got Jake BeyBlades, which are these battle spin toy things that all the boys are into these days.

 Then we had Jake's requested chocolate cake from Publix, he knows what he likes!

 The morning of his real birthday, before school his breakfast request was hummus, cheese, crackers and berries.  He's a boy after my own heart!

 I brought cupcakes into his class and read a story to them to celebrate Jake's day!

 It was also Reagan's first day checking out her new preschool....which is another post to follow.  But she fit right in, even in the "big kid" 4 year old class.
